Store Manager:

In this role, you’ll be the main person that triggers store growth and development. Your coordinated environment and five years of prior retail administration experience will be the keys to your success as you organize and lead the shop in all day-to-day operations. Finally, you will have oversight for two things: double-checking that customers get the service they need and keeping the store with its set goals.

In order to qualify for this job, you must have the following credentials:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Be a good communicator and organizer.
  • Have at least 3 years experience as a Store Manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a retailer.

Associate Buyer:

In this position, you will examine market trends and help develop strategies to increase sales and also make purchases for the inventory. You will also help develop business tragedies and goals for various sections of the store.

To be able to take up this position, you need to meet the following credentials.

A Bachelors’ degree in Fashion Merchandising or similar study or have a minimum of 3 years related experience.

Merchandise Planner:

The candidate will develop work plans for the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives of a department.
